As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone/ Chat, explaining our services/products, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls/ Chats to potential customers.
• Clearly communicate products/services to customers.
• Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Work closely with team leads and managers to meet daily/weekly targets.

• Age 18 to 30 years
• No prior experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of computers.
