Job Responsibilities

• Capable of expanding new dealer and depot network to achieve sales growth.
• To creates new dealership at vacant area for expanding market share.
• To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
• To monitors the sales team and evaluate their performances
• To achieves Sales Target of The Company.
• Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
• Must have patience to work in the field level.
• Maintain new Depot & Dealer inquiries & good communication.
• Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduation
• Skills Required: Consumer Durables-Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
• Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

• Age 32-42 years
• In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
