Key Responsibilities

• Ability to mobilize Term deposit and CASA deposit
• Achieve individual sales target along with sourcing potential customers
• Demonstrating and presenting all types of Bank’s product to the potential customer
• Maintain effective business relationship with Bank’s customer and cross-selling approach
• Sourcing, managing and coordinating sales and service related activities
• Ensure proper service to customer including collection and completion of application with all required documents
• Preparing daily, monthly and weekly sales report

Requirement for the position

• 4 years Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from UGC approved university having no 3rd division
• Fresher are encouraged to apply, but experience in similar exposure in banking sector will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
• Age limit 30 years but may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
