Padma Bank PLC a leading fourth generation private commercial bank having 74 branches & Sub Branches throughout the country wishes to recruit some competent, dynamic and suitable candidates for liability business in the position of Branch Relationship Officer:

Duties and responsibilities:

• To procure Liability business (deposit product sales)
• To achieve monthly new business Target in Liability/deposit business (any form of deposit)
• Customer services along with deposit product sales
• To ensure proper documentation for deposit clients
• To maintain and coordinate with line managers for business and compliance issues

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Graduation/Masters in any discipline from recognized public/private university
• Experience in sales (Financial Institution) will be an added advantage

Salary and Benefit Package: As per Bank policy

Age Limit:

• Not exceeding 37 years (For experience candidate)
• Not exceeding 30 years (For fresher)

Headcount Requirement: 250
