Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goals for the region
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques/skills from the root level
• Developing specific plans to ensure both short and long-term sales growth through ethical marketing
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
• Reviewing regional expenses and devising/suggesting check & balance
• Paying regular visits in order to generate prescription from the doctors highlighting quality

Qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor/ Master degree from any recognized public or private university
• More than 4 years experience in similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical company
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Bengali
