Job Context
We are looking for interested candidates as Manager Accounts M.Com from Public University/ CA(CC) who has initiative, experience in following sector, dive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
  
• Must have knowledge on Tally Software.
  
• Computer Literate - Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook, Word & Power point presentation.
  
• Sound knowledge in Taxation and VAT
  
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
  
• Provide recommendations
  
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  
• Meet financial accounting objectives
  
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  
• Working Experience in Steel factory

Educational Requirements

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in CA(CC)
  [University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, University of Chittagong ]students will get preference

Experience Requirements

• 8 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
  
• Only males are allowed to apply
  
• Minimum 5 year experience in Steel Factory.
