About the role

We are investing in developing and repositioning our brand and are building our marketing and communications functions across audience engagement, digital, brand and internal communications to attract and engage new audiences and deepen relationships with existing ones. 

The Brand Visualiser will be pivotal in ensuring that our current investment in repositioning our brand pays off and enables us to deliver our vision and ambition. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, the position will contribute to the Marketing and Communications Unit to implement the brand strategies and plans.

The position will be responsible for ensuring that every digital and communication content is briefed, developed, edited and promoted effectively in targeting our audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate excellent graphic designs and appropriately repackaging it for target audiences
  • Coordinate the audio-visual productions
  • Production and vendor management (e.g. event, print, supplies, etc.)
  • Photography support when needed
  • Work with the team, internal stakeholders and external agencies to pitch creative ideas, design the brand contents (especially graphics) and ensure multi-channel usage of all the marketing and communications materials produced
  • Work with all internal stakeholders to ensure the content is strategic, planned, analysed and purposive
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure our brand is always expressed in a consistent, compelling and audience appropriate way both internally and externally
  • Be on call out of hours as part of a communications team roster. Evening and weekend work may be required on an ad hoc basis
  • Any other activities assigned by the Marketing and Communications Coordinator
  • Maintaining the sensitivity and privacy of all the documents/copies/ideas all through

About you

Level of Educational achievement required:
Minimum graduation from any discipline. Studied abroad/overseas degrees is encouraged.

Specific skills required 

  • Excellent skill over graphic designing software
  • Basic know how about the video editing software and photography
  • Sound skill at digital and visual communication
  • Generation of innovative ideas that achieve great levels of engagement
  • Being able to “spot a story” and see how it can be made relevant for audiences
  • Working with internal stakeholders and incorporating their perspectives, needs and feedback
  • Working to and meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team, with colleagues at varying levels and experience
  • You approach your work with dynamism, creativity and collaboration

Specific experience required

  • Minimum 3 year experience as graphic designer and production coordinator
  • Producing excellent graphics and visuals in different styles
  • Experience of designing to a brand tone of voice
  • Traveling to the remote areas for content gathering
  • Preferably some understanding of the national/international charity sector
