The Role:
The central focus of this role is to provide day to day administrative and secretarial support to the Country Director (CD). The position is also responsible for arranging and coordinating all types of Country Leadership Team (CLT) and Country Management Team (CMT) meetings as well as follow up on the agreed decisions from these meetings. Other key responsibilities include manage CD’s travel both in country and abroad as well as international visitors travel; coordinate and organize national /international events led by country office and act as a point person of resolving any administrative issues of CD and other expatriates.
