PROGRAMME OFFICER - PROTECTION

Do you have a minimum of three (03) years of working experience in a national/international NGO protection team, programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation?

Do you have a strong conceptual and practical understanding of protection issues and approaches in humanitarian contexts, including the constraints, sensitivities, and risks associated with such work?

Do you have knowledge of and experience of protection programming and Cox’s Bazar context?

The role:

Programme Officer - Protection will be responsible for devising innovative approaches to the protection thematic area, overseeing the protection programme development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of Oxfam's humanitarian program in Oxfam-operational regions including partner organizations. This program encompasses community-based protection, protection monitoring, and local advocacy initiatives.

Job type: Fixed Term, Contractual

Salary & Benefits: As per Oxfam National D2 pay band with other benefits e.g., medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & insurance.
