Its operation started in Bangladesh since 1970 having registration with NGOAB as an INGO (registration number 79). Oxfam works with others to alleviate poverty and sufferings and implement various development as well as humanitarian response projects throughout the world.
UNHCR with funding of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (JMOFA), Oxfam has been implementing a project named ‘Teknaf Groundwater Project’.
Through this tender advertisement Oxfam is calling for technical and financial proposals from capable & reputed engineering consulting firms and institutions to design key infrastructure, technical specifications, and costs estimation as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein:
