Do you have a relevant university degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in national NGO/ international NGO/ operational UN agency or equivalent, out of which at least 5 years should be supervisory/managerial experience?

Do you have extensive experience in large scale humanitarian programming at senior level and humanitarian management in complex, insecure environments?

Do you have proven ability to work with multi-million USD budgets?

The role:

The position is expected to envision the Rohingya response, representing Oxfam to the donor community, networking platforms, and other stakeholders at Cox’s Bazar. It includes facilitating the review and amendment process of the Rohingya Response strategy and taking forward Oxfam’s local level influencing agenda related to this.

What we are looking for:

The Head of Field Office needs to be someone who has great coordination, representation, and team management skills. As this is a senior-level role in the field, we are looking for someone who will be able to play a vital role as a part of Oxfam’s Country Management Team and contribute to overall Oxfam’s programme and operations related decision-making process.
