SENIOR PROGRAMME FINANCE OFFICER

Do you have a minimum of 05 years of experience in INGO financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis?

Do you have experience in managing compliant financial process with local laws and statutory audit, NGOAB audit, and financial reporting?

The role:

To provide a proactive, efficient, and effective financial management service at allocated thematic portfolios at Oxfam in Bangladesh and ensures financial systems and procedures are working efficiently and effectively.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be/have:

  • Minimum Post Graduation in Finance or Accounting or Management along with CA course complete.
  • Proven experiences in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis and providing a range of finance services, ideally with 5 years experiences for an INGO.
  • Experiences in coordination to Statutory audit and NGOAB audit, Knowledge of donor requirements, local laws and regulations
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to deliver complex and technical messages in simple terms.

Location: Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.

Job type: Fixed Term, Contractual.

Salary & Benefits: as per Oxfam National D1 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT1,462,326.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
