Programme Manager – BID4CJ

                        The role:  
                        The  Blue Economy and Inclusive Development for Climate Justice (BID4CJ) project is  a transformative initiative in this context, aiming to empower coastal  communities to nurture healthy ecosystems and a climate-just economy in  southwest and southeast Bangladesh through feminist climate movements,  ecosystem restoration, and ethical business development. The overarching goal  of BID4CJ is to foster Local Ecosystem Restoration and Green Business Expansion  through Gender Equity-Based Climate Action in the coastal regions of Bangladesh. 
                        The  Programme Manager (PM) oversees the anticipatory project including financial  management, ensuring compliances are met and effective coordination with the  thematic heads.

                        Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. 
                        Job  type: Fixed Term, Contractual. 
                        Salary & Benefits: as per Oxfam National C1 pay  band, starting annual  salary for this role is BDT 2,918,255 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children,  contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance,  and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly  competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
