Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper maintenance of book of accounts.
- Maintain books and records for transaction through Tally ERP.
- Manage proper inventory weekly or monthly basis & report to concern person.
- Reporting the consumption report weekly/monthly timely.
- Ensure delivery of products as per approved requisition.
- Maintain Petty cash related book & record.
- Assist in preparing financial statements (cash flow statement, income statements, Balance sheet etc.) for company.
- Preparing daily bank balance statement and dealt with daily fund management.
- Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different financial registers.
- Fund Flow Check & Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
- Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation
- Preparation of yearly Master Budget and Monthly Budget Variances
- Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation
- To perform day to day administrative works such as attendance, leave, make report for the top management.
- Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.

- BBA/B.Com/M.Com/ MBS/ MBA (Major in Accounting or Finance).

- Must be HONEST, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
- Strong Excel and database skills.
- Good computer skills including use of medium complexity on TALLY, Quick Book or accounting systems is preferable.
