Position: ASS. Manager/ Sr. Executive Sales - Export

Job Responsibilities:

  • To serve as an intermediary between Export clients and Company & manage sales and
    promotions with existing clients and business development with new potential clients in
    identified regions/Countries.
  • Identify overseas leads relevant from the similar industry / products & territory & convert
    potential leads into clients.
  • To implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project
    requirements and prepare all export documents within required time frame and schedule
    efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance
    with customers.
  • Coordinate the monthly sales meeting together with all sales persons, team leaders and
    departmental dead for launching new projects, sales strategies, customer's complain for
    pricing, features & amenities, designs, upcoming projects & some other relevant
    departmental or other issues as and when it is required.
  • Supervise efficient working of sales staff and ensure compliance to all export objectives and
    design sales strategies according to customer requirement and collaborate with country sales
    manager to prepare budget for projects.
  • Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments
    and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export
    products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and
    forecast all requirements.
  • Conduct negotiation for making sales contracts with clients/prospects & ensuring the
    expected sales.
  • Responsible to complete the deed of agreement of each of the sales deal and collect the due
    amount against every sale of each team until the completion of the deed of agreement

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA & MBA .Major in Marketing is preferable
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience:

  • 5 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Business
    Development, sales & marketing.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Food & Beverage company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tobacco
  • It goes without saying that person applying for the job has to be fluent in English. It is imperative that he / she is good at English communication which is required to make the client feel more at home

Job Location: Anywhere in BD or abroad.
