Position: Admin cum Receptionist |
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Admin cum Receptionist to oversee daily office operations, manage HR functions, and serve as the front-facing representative of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient HR management, and excellent reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance management systems.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Monitor attendance and leave management.
- Manage office operations, including procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and reports as required.
- Support management with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements for senior partners.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized.
- Handle appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
Requirements:
- Female
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, administration, or receptionist roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Well - presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
