Job Title : Product Executive, Agrovet (Dairy & Poultry)

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the assigned portfolio target
  
• Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, analysis product performance and competitors activities
  
• Review the development status for lunching of new products and provide required inputs
  
• Allocating promotional materials and monitoring their distribution
  
• Visit doctor and customer anywhere in Bangladesh

Qualifications & Competence Requirements:

Education : M. Pharm / B. Pharm from reputed universities
Experience : 01-02 years of experience in relevant position will be given preference

Job Title : Product Executive, Agrovet (Fisheries)

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, monitor & take marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable achievement & growth of the assigned portfolio
  
• Formulate business strategy of the assigned portfolio & endorse the aquaculture scientific information in an innovative manner
  
• Avail the source & commercialize the new molecules to feed the market demand
  
• Develop & monitor marketing activities of the assigned brands
  
• Organize & participate in the scientific seminars based on the need of the farmers or targeted prescribers
  
• Prepare commercial & technical training material of the assigned brands

Qualifications & Competence Requirements:

Education : B. Sc. in Fisheries / Marine Science, M. Sc. in Aquaculture
Experience : 01-02 years of working experience in Product Management Department of any Pharmaceutical Company is preferred (Must be experienced in fisheries products)

Additional Job Requirements for both positions:

• Well conversant with MS office applications
  
• Good leadership skill & team player
  
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills
  
• Willing to work under pressure & travel anywhere in Bangladesh

Communication Skill : Good communication skill both in Bangla & English

Age Limit : At most 32 years
