Short Job Profile:

This position is located at the factory of Global Capsules Ltd. in Barisal.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute and co-ordinate job between subordinates and overall supervision of their work.
• To monitor in-process checks performed by the production person during Production.
• Entry production schedule and follow up production process.
• Carry out calibration of equipment with proper documentation.
• Follow up HVAC and chiller section.
• To train up the sectional operator to increase their awareness.
• To allocate job among section people and monitor their progress.
• To ensure proper room condition, cleanliness and hygiene of the section.
• To monitor in-process checks performed by section people during production.
• To check the maintenance of the section, premises and equipment.
• To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of section people is carried out and adapted according to their need.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.

Qualifications & Competence Requirements:

• Education : B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university
• Experience: 01 to 02 years of relevant experience is preferable. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
