Pastry Chef

Job Description: Demonstrates hands on approach to all bakery products produced in the Pastry Department to ensure quality, presentation and consistency standards meet company standards. Ensures proper levels of bakery and pastry items are prepared based on forecasted needs and their prompt delivery to the designated outlet for guest consumption. Responsible for complete set up, cleanliness and organization of the Pastry Department and bakery areas at all kitchen locations. Bake fresh pastries, desserts and breads for all outlets.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirements: Minimum SSC.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 (Five) years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotels/Resorts, Restaurants.

Additional Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Pastry & Bakery.
  • Age should not be more than 45 years.
  • Must have computer literacy.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Candidate should be Healthy and Energetic

Salary: Negotiable
