Job Context:
A leading real estate company with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead and manage our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the real estate industry, and the ability to drive sales growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and increase market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and corporate clients.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and high standards are maintained.

Provide training and mentoring to sales and marketing personnel to enhance their skills and productivity.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales and marketing.

Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Employment Status:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 32 to 45 years
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams to achieve business targets.
