Job Context:

A leading real estate company with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead and manage our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the real estate industry, and the ability to drive sales growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and high standards are maintained.
  • Provide training and mentoring to sales and marketing personnel to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales and marketing.
  • Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
  • Age: 32 to 45 years
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams to achieve business targets.
