This is an Upper-mid level position for a highly qualified Administration professional.

Our company is driven to introduce the next big thing in advertising and experiential marketing
and we’re hoping we can include you, as our newest Admin Manager. Working with a team of
thinkers and doers, the right candidate will bring a mix of administration expertise and business
understanding to the position. We’re looking for an experienced manager of people, someone that
can inspire others, taking our Admin to a new level as we continue to grow.
Objectives of this Role
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline
processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other
business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, internal event planning
transport, logistics, travel planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Ensure proper safety and security of all the employees and relevant stakeholders
- Manage the financial matters, banking and accounts of the company
- Ensure the business runs in a compliant manner

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Preference will be given to the Ex-Army/Security & Defence professional
- dmin Manager for at least 03 years=
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
