Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) operations of the construction Project/Sites.
• Ensure all designs & constructions comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal quality policies, and statutory requirements for all Project/Sites.
• In-depth knowledge of design related to raw materials measurement and mixing materials ratios.
• Hands-on knowledge of QC processes and Raw Material Control for consistent quality of construction Project/Sites.
• Plan, implement, and supervise testing procedures, inspections, and quality audits for raw materials, in-process, and finished construction Project/Sites.
• Analyze quality deviations, failures, complaints & implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper documentation of QC test reports, certificates, inspection records, and compliance reports.
• Lead, manage, and develop the QC team, ensuring proper training, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Design, and R&D teams to optimize quality, reduce defects, and improve processes.

Required Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from BUET.

Required Experience:

• Age: Minimum 30 years
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction manufacturing QC/QA, including knowledge of design and Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).
• Certified knowledge of ASNT, ASTM, ISO, BNBC, CRS, CPM and compliance requirements will be highly preferred.
• Experience with Shanta Holdings /Assurance/ BTI/ Rangs/ Simple Tree/ Edison/ Assure Group will be our priority.
