Role in Project

Project Manager (1)

Medical graduate, with MPH, 8-12 years of working experience on FP clinical procedures and training.

Experience with International agencies will be preferred with computer skill.

• Manage sub-grants and direct the training centre in achieving its objectives.
• Maintain close liaison with Donor, OGSB, stakeholders, government authority, other partners etc.
• Manage the training center and resources.
• Supervise project staffs and ensure that execution of project activities are on track and time, reporting.

Clinical Specialist/ Training Officer (3)

Medical graduate with MPH, 5-7 years of working experience on FP clinical procedures and training will be preferred with computer skill.

• Plan, organize and conduct training sessions, maintain training schedules according to work-plan.
• Ensure training quality, coordinate with resource persons and different stakeholders, partners etc.
• Prepared necessary reports.

Finance and Admin Officer (1)

M.Com/MBA major in Accounting or finance. 5-7 years of working experience with similar organization will be preferred.

• Responsible for overall finance, accounts and admin related activities.
• Prepare and submit quarterly report to respective authorities.

Training/ Office support staff (2)

VII-X grade, working  in related field will be preferred

• Carryout day to day work as and when necessary, cleaning, distribution of letter, support training sessions etc.
