The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his/her assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and their requirement of industrial protective coatings.
  
• Visit site to supervise on-site sampling of products and train end users on product usage and application process.
  
• Ensure sales volume and sales value from industrial clientele as per each month's sales target.
  
• Communicate product benefits and features to managers/engineers/end users.
  
• Communicate and follow-up with the paint contractors/painters regularly.
  
• Ensure high visibility through regular visit to industrial sites.
  
• Keep in touch with the end users/painters and resolve their problems.
  
• Carry out demand generation activities to achieve sales target.

Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Pre-requisite to Apply

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Commerce from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates from public universities.
  
• Having completed PGD in Marketing will be given preference.
  
• Minimum 02-03 years of relevant filed experience.
