NTV, a leading private Satellite Television Channel is looking for energetic & proactive individual for the following position:

Job Title: Manager/Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing

Major Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Deals with clients and agencies
2. Find new clients and retaining existing clients by providing priority services
3. Building long-term relationship with the clients and agencies
4. Preparing business proposal and presentation for the new clients and agencies as per their requirement
5. Report about Monthly/Yearly target Vs achievement
6. Collect pay order, cheque, online receipt from clients
7. Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
8. Preparing sales plan as per given sales target
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Education & Qualification :

• BBA or MBA major in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, BRAC and North South with good academic record
• At least 8-10 years of experience on the said post
• TV experience is must

Skills & Specifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet Browsing, e-mail).
• Candidate must have verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
• Ability to work independently and desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
• Candidate should be smart and well mannered.

Salary: Negotiable
