Job Responsibilities
- The Management Associate Program is aimed to fast track professional development through structured rotations and assignments in various functions and projects within the organization to enhance knowledge and better understand the business, markets, products, and culture.
- Analyze the existing business process, strategies and develop those to achieve the organizational goal.
- Understand the business and daily activities of each department and how they relate and contribute to the organization’s mission and vision.
- Based on the assigned project, conduct survey and research set strategies to get it done.
- Frequent visit to factories and submit report with recommendation.

Educational Requirements Masters or Bachelors in Textile Engineering, CSE, EEE, IPE, Finance, Management, HRM, MIS, Media & Communication, Economics, International Business and Marketing with strong academic results from well recognized Public and Private Universities.

Salary & Benefits
Selected MAP`s, during the one year probationary period will be entitled to a monthly gross salary of BDT 35000. After successful completion of the probationary period MAP`s will be absorbed as Executive/Senior Executive and will be entitled for all employment benefits as per company policy. |
