Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an innovative, participating, enthusiastic and objective oriented Industrial Engineering team to work in alignment with productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor and analyze production data based on the reports prepared by the team.
• Strategize the decision making based on previous and current production data.
• Lead the team to increase productivity using sound knowledge on latest technologies and tools.
• Guide the team to improve manpower skill, automate and maximize utilization of resources.
• Implement lean management for higher efficiency.
• Lead and manage the team to get right quality product and on time shipment.
• Increase productivity by ensuring proper method, time study, bottleneck identification and monitoring.
• Research and develop newer methods of operations and motion to achieve optimum productivity.

Employment Status:  Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc Major in IPE and Apparel Manufacturing from reputed University
• Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of outstanding/ experienced candidates

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in Lean Management & Production Management (Sewing)
