EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) for Supplier Enlistment under Long-Term Framework Agreement

Nazrul Smriti Sangsad (NSS), a reputed non-government development organization located at Amtali, Barguna District invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible, experienced Bonafede vendors/ manufacturers/ sole agents/ distributors/ service providers/ contractors [who hold legal rights to do business in Bangladesh] for enlistment of January 2026 to December 2027 under Long-Term Framework Agreements (LTFA) to support its projects across different locations.

Categories include (but are not limited to):

  • General Office Supplies & Consumables
  • Hygiene & Sanitation Items
  • Hotel / Resort / Training Venue
  • Local Food Hotel / Catering
  • Rent-a-Car / Passenger Vehicle Hiring
  • Vehicle & Transportation
  • Automobile Workshop
  • Service providers for Servicing and Maintenance
  • Service providers – Event Management & Audit/Financial Service, Travel Agency etc.
  • Furniture & Fixtures
  • Civil & Electrical - Supply, Works, and Maintenance
  • Drugs/Medicine and Hospital Services
  • Printing & Publications
  • Computer & IT Accessories

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Valid Trade License
  • TIN and VAT/BIN (where applicable)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (preferred)
  • Financial solvency and service capacity
  • Applicants must duly read, sign, and submit all annexures attached with this EoI as evidence of acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions and related requirements. Failure to submit any required annexure or declaration shall render the application ineligible for evaluation.

Submission Requirements:

Interested suppliers are requested to submit:

  • Supplier Enlistment Application Form (Annexure 1) along with Category-wise service details
  • Required legal documents (copies)
  • Company profile & experience
  • Acceptance of the all annexure(s) copies.

Submission Deadline:

Applications must be submitted on or before of 31 December 2025 by 05.00 PM through email to: procurement@nssngo.org or shall be submitted in sealed condition into the Enlistment box which will be kept at NSS Head Office, [Nasrin Palace (2nd Floor), KN Lane, A.K School Road, Amtali Upazila, Barguna-8700].
