Small Scale Water Treatment Plants and Systems

Nazrul Smriti Sangsad (NSS) is a not-for-profit voluntarily developmental organization, working in the coastal area of Bangladesh since 2000. The organization is implementing a project titled “Women Empowerment through Entrepreneurship Development in Accessing Safe Water (WEEDAS)” under the core project of Oxfam in Bangladesh “Water Women”.  The main objective of the project is to mitigate safe water crisis in the coastal area through entrepreneurship development. This project is supported by Oxfam in Bangladesh. NSS is implementing this project at Kalapara Upazila of Patuakhali District and Patharghata Upazila of Barguna District. Under this project NSS will install small scale (1) Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plants with [minimum capacity 6000 GPD/ minimum 5-layer filtration process/ installation and commissioning] (total 4 nos., 2 at Kalapara and 2 at Patharghata) and (2) Reverse Osmosis System at community/household level [minimum 5-layer filtration/ minimum capacity 400 GDP/installation and commissioning] (total 15 nos., 7 at Kalapara and 8 at Patharghata Upazilas).

For smooth running of these operations NSS is requesting competent, experienced and established national suppliers /producers/ vendors relevant in this filed are requested to submit their bids.

Bids received after the stated deadline are considered invalid, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis
