Responsibilities:

• Adequate Knowledge in risk management frameworks, process and policies
• Good knowledge on Risk management guidelines, Basel accords and  six core risk management guidelines
• Need hands on experience in preparing various Risk Reports (MCR report, CRMR, Stress Testing, Duration Gap Analysis, ICAAP, Risk Appetite statement etc.)
• Contributing in Capital measurement, Management and Planning
• Preparing loss database, analyze operational risk data, identify recurrence incidence and suggest mitigation strategy
• Should have sound knowledge on different credit risk factors, market dynamics, industry insights and ability to analyze customer credit worthiness.
• Experience in Banking covering data preparation and statistical analysis, sector analysis, Industry insight and market research, Growth forecasting and Impact analysis
• Preparing industry reports, sector reports and monitoring sector wise development across the country
• Exploring emerging risks and recommending preventive measures to achieve the organizational goals
• Developing, testing and using different models (such as VaR, Vintage curve, RAROC model etc) and different indices (HHI, Gini, etc) for measuring and assessing risks and concentration.
• Have good command on Microsoft Excel other database program.
• Masters in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Statistics etc.
• Should be Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated to update with risk management issues and skills.

Academic Qualification and other requirements:

• MBA/MBM/Masters from any reputed University, preferably in business discipline with no third class/division in his/her entire academic career.
• Minimum 02 years experience in the related field
• Able to handle multitasking activities.
• Applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh
