Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation
  • Receive all incoming calls (overseas and local), and forward outgoing calls
  • Guest/visitor, delegate management, messaging and reminders for concerned officers
  • Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents
  • Coordinating with other office locations- Tracking of all Couriers/letters
  • Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner
  • To maintain and update Telephone directory of the organization
  • Circulate the instructions to the employees as and when required
  • Other tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements: The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Business administration or equivalent from any reputed institution with no third class/division in his/her entire academic career.
  • A superior command of English and Bengali both orally and in writing
  • Age not exceeding 30 years. However, age may be relaxed for the suitable candidates.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Able to handle multitasking activities.
  • Must be presentable
  • Applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh
  • MS-Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bangla typing, Internet.

Salary Range
