Position 1: EO/SEO – Treasury Mid Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily treasury transactions and support front and back office functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and relevant manuals (FX and ALM).
• Perform manual calculations for forward deals, FX revaluation, and T-Bill/Bond valuation.
• Generate MIS reports related to Treasury operations and support audit and regulatory queries.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk teams to align ALM activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3–4 years of practical experience in the Treasury Mid Office of any bank or financial institution.
• Strong understanding and application of Treasury FX and ALM Manual.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Preferably from an academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

Position 2: EO/SEO – Risk Management Division

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed credit risk assessments, including financial analysis and sectoral risk review.
• Develop and maintain Internal Credit Risk Scoring (ICRS) models in line with regulatory frameworks.
• Support the development of risk policies and stress testing models.
• Prepare high-quality risk analysis reports and documentation in English.
• Work with business units to ensure risk mitigation and control adherence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in credit analysis or risk evaluation in any bank or financial institution.
• Solid understanding of credit risk frameworks and regulatory risk guidelines.
• Proven ability to set up and manage Internal Credit Risk Scoring Systems (ICRS).
• Excellent command of English, particularly in written communication and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
