Field Officer

NRBC Bank PLC as a new generation Bank in Bangladesh with the vision to providing efficient and innovative banking services to support economic growth of the country is looking for competent personnel who are presently working in micro credit area and ready to accept challenges as proud member of NRBC Bank PLC in the position of Field Officer/Group Leader/ Unit In-Charge/ Area In-Charge/Territory Head/ Zonal Head for Micro Credit Operations on contractual basis under ‘Non Core Job Line’ of the Bank.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in micro credit activities.
  • Graduation with minimum 2nd class from UGC approved universities
  • Age Limit: age should not be more than 40 years on 01.10.2024

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good and sound track record in microcredit profession
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Target oriented having ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skill both in English and Bengali
  • People with banking experience in the relevant field are highly preferred and encouraged to apply for the respective positions
