Title of Position HR Associate (Admin/Operations)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Labor Law Proficiencies: Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc.

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from UGC approved Universities and Colleges
  • No 3rd division/equivalent GPA/CGPA.

Additional Requirements

  • IT savvy, Strong command especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
  • Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
  • Hard working, proactive & ability to work under pressure.
  • Candidates from RMG sectors/Multinational companies who handled 3000+ employees will get preference for the said position.
