In Sandoz, our number 1 priority is to pioneer patient access to better healthcare. Your role as Medical Information Officer is very critical to achieve that priority. Your responsibilities will be to implement marketing and sales strategies to generate country wide demand to widen the access of Sandoz High-Quality Brands for patients in Bangladesh and to ultimately achieve the team’s business targets, as well as other management results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Disseminate scientific information to Doctors and Health Care Professionals on regular basis via face-2-face and digital channels.
  • Achieve Sales target through continuous prescription generation.
  • Create consistent and increasing demand of the assigned products.
  • Positively drive to ensure growth in Health Care Professional/Key Opinion Leader base.
  • Secure orders from chemists/pharmacies/institutions.
  • Arrange physical/virtual events with doctors.
  • Achieve & secure Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Digital KPIs.
  • Continuously update own knowledge.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • Minimum graduation in Pharmacy or Life Science subjects (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
  • Experience in Pharma industry will be an added advantage.
  • As it is a field-based job, willingness to travel throughout the country is required.
  • Understanding of pharma sales business/operations and dynamics will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Tech-savviness to engage with HCPs digitally
