Executive/ Senior Executive, Patient Access, Novartis Pharmaceuticals

Reimagining medicines and delivering Novartis commitment to patients require that Novartis medicine is accessible to all patients, specially to those who need it most. This entails removing different structural barriers between Novartis and patients through Patient Access program.

We are looking for bright and competent individual who will work closely with key stakeholders, public and private authorities as a part of Novartis Patient Access team.

Position: Executive/ Sr Executive; Appropriate Job grade and position will be offered to deserving candidate.

Department: Patient Access and Key Account Management

Division: Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited

Reporting Manager: Head, Patient Access and Key Account Management

Job Location: Head Office, Tejgaon (might need to travel as and when required)

Major responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining liaison with different stakeholders
• Help formulate and implement different short term and long term plans including market segmentation and pricing strategies
• Support patient access and outreach program
• Reporting and documentation
• Other responsibilities based on Novartis Patient Access activities and business requirements

What the candidate must have:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Pharmacy or Public Health area will be added advantage
• Self-driven attitude, willingness to learn and a strong presence of mind
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla (speaking and writing)
• Advanced level expertise in MS Office
• Though it is head office based job, the incumbent must be ready to travel as and when required
