Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Medical Affairs

In Sandoz, our number 1 priority is to pioneer patient access to better healthcare. In this position, you will be responsible to develop local medical strategic plans in collaboration with Head Medical Affairs to build cross-functional tactical plan that are focused on addressing is-sues of key brands. You will also be responsible to provide up-to-date brand and disease area medical expertise to support Sandoz strategy, generating and communicating scientific data related to therapeutic area of Sandoz Portfolio to internal and external stakeholders, building collaboration with the scientific community; to collaborate with Country, Regional and Global team members in getting the scientific and training materials to support Country strategy.

Major responsibilities:

  • Gather clinical insights/needs/feedbacks from top KOLs/customers in country and communicate to internal stakeholders and Global teams.
  • Collaborate with country marketing colleagues to support integrated brand strategy  aligned with global strategy.
  • Participate in creating, reviewing, and approving promotional and non-promotional materials tailored to the needs of the product and according to P3 and local regulations.
  • Execute all medical initiatives/activities leveraging the Omni-channels (Digital & F2F) platforms to maximize the customer reach and impact.
  • Develop and provide product & disease presentation/ training to internal & external customers that are aligned with global & local strategies.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • MBBS from a reputed medical college.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs activities.
  • Thorough understanding of pharma medical strategy, business and dynamics.
  • Expertise/Skills in Digital interactions/content creation to adapt the new normal world.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout the country.
