Manager/Asst. Manager Sales Force Excellence
Commercial Excellence, Sandoz Division

In Sandoz, our number 1 priority is to pioneer patient access to better healthcare. In this position, you will be responsible to drive sales in terms of market share growth of promoted products, achieving desired sales force performance ratios through effective delivery and implementation of SFE KPIs (Quality, Targeting, and Quantity). You will also be responsible to build our value proposition and develop commercial strategy.

Major responsibilities:

• Monitor commercial execution and Filed Force productivity for continues improvement
  
• Develop right tools and capabilities for the Sales Teams to engage with customers.
  
• Ensuring SFE KPIs in terms of “Quality & Quantity” by focusing on qualitative improvement of the sales force and monitoring all sales performance related issues.
• Define, support & Implement “Segmentation & Targeting” of customer for Sales force in
  collaboration with Marketing.
  
• Helping SF to taste the success by analysing and defining territory potentiality in terms of sales opportunities; optimize investment of recourse according to business potential.
• Launching, implementing & executing new digital tools, enablers and reporting channels
  to enhance SF performance & ensure hustle free job environment for Sales Force
  
• Coordinate among various functions to drive all productivity related initiatives for the
  sales force.

What you’ll bring to this role:

• MBA, M. Pharm, or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  
• At least 4-6 years experience in SFE / Market Analytics / Sales / Marketing
  
• Thorough understanding of pharma marketing strategy, business and dynamics.
  
• Expertise in data analysis and ability to draw inference from large data set
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  
• High integrity and ethical standards.
  
• Willing to travel extensively throughout the country
