Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Novartis Pharmaceuticals

We are looking for bright and competent people who will be responsible for developing and rolling out Field force initiatives that improve key performance drivers of the Field force.

This includes targeting and segmentation & targeting based on data; fieldwork observation & guidance; call analysis; performance management; survey analysis; sales tracking and people development.

The incumbent requires liaising with other job functions to execute intended initiatives.
You must have:
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel and analytical capability
  • Ability to work and analyze market survey data
  • Completed bachelor degree from reputed university preferably in Business, Information Technology. Post-graduation degree will added advantage.
  • Must be digital savvy
  • Self-driven attitude, willingness to learn and a strong presence of mind.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
  • Openness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
