Know our team

Nutrition International’s Operations unit is a dedicated team of program implementation experts who are responsible for contributing to the overall management of NI’s field operations in Asia and Africa. This position will report to Country Director, Bangladesh, and be responsible for timely development and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) plans for NI program activities including the AMAN Project in Bangladesh

About you

You are someone who has proven experience in designing, implementing effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems. You will be responsible for managing and reporting for NI Program Activities, supporting its analysis, collation, and presentation to Country Director and National Program Officer. You have a Master’s degree in Postgraduate / Doctoral Degree in statistics/social science/ developmental science/ demography or other related fields. You have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience monitoring and evaluating public health or nutrition programs. You have a knowledge and skills in the development and use of modern data collection softwares such as kobo-toolbox, e-data collection through mobile apps, use of Microsoft Power BI quantitative statistical data analysis software like; Stata /SPSS/ SAS/ EPI/ R/ Python;

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Support in developing the MEAL plan.
  • Support in data management and analysis.
  • Support in facilitating program evaluations and surveys.
  • Support in preparation of donor reports and other internal reports.
