Application Dropping Process and Evaluation Criteria All vendors, firms, and individual consultants must submit the following documents when applying for enlistment:
Vendor registration form, signed copies of PSEA and supplier code of conduct, Current Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), Income Tax Certificate (updated), Bank Statement (minimum last three month) and Bank Solvency Certificate, Relevant Work experience certificate, CV (for Individual Consultants) and Organization Profile
