    6. Upgrades, Maintenance & Feature Development
    7. Sustainability & Knowledge Transfer
    8. Strategic Feedback & Governance Support.

Evaluation Criteria

Technical Evaluation (70%)
  • Understanding of the RFP/assessment (10%)
  • Approach and Methodology (20%)
  • Consultant’s qualifications and relevant experience (20%)
  • Relevance and quality of the technical proposal (20%)
Financial Evaluation (30%)
Deliverables As per the details Request for Proposal (RFP)
Duration May,2025 to December, 2025 with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs.
