  • B.SC in Textile Engineering
  • Master’s degree in any discipline having working experience in RMG Sector is mandatory.

  • Develop plan for the annual production by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as the production center.
  • Follow up production plans and achieve targets with balancing production lines as required.
  • Supervise and monitor the production process to supply products within lead time
  • Work with the vulnerable refugee community women and support to increase the production efficiency of the workers.
  • Ensure the quality benchmark of the products by minimizing defect percentage.
  • Work in collaboration with quality control officer to develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
  • Develop and implement plan for profit oriented social business activities related to the project.
  • Conduct routine inspections on completed products to assess their compliance with established quality benchmark.
  • Identify and procure the contemporary accessories for the crafts items based on the demand within minimum costs.
  • Provide efforts to minimize the costs and improve the quality production as per the project requirement.
  • Guide and take necessary steps to minimize cost and rejection rate of the products and ensure line balancing.
  • Manage overall skills development training activities and ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective.
  • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
  • Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
  • Support Self-reliance Manager on providing monthly report, progress and achievement
  • Prepare monitoring tools according to the project indicators.
  • Maintain the compliance rules in line with the organizational policy
  • Participate in meetings, events organized by other stakeholders and represent the project and NGO Forum for Public Health properly.
  • Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.
  • Regular inspection and ensure the safety according to the checklists.
