Scope of Work |
Planning and Strategy
- Develop a detailed ERP implementation strategy with key deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Create a roadmap for data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
Project Management
- Oversee all ERP implementation stages: requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, UAT, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address the challenges.
Training and Support
- Support the delivery of the training programs tailored to departmental needs.
- Provide support to ensure optimal ERP utilization.

Submission of Proposals: |
Interested consultants should submit their proposals, including a detailed technical and financial proposal separately, CVs of key personnel, and relevant supporting documents within 26 January 2025 at 3.00pm. |
