Job Responsibilities

To look after full production floor.
To make manpower wise production plans.
To make delivery plans.
Responsible for minimizing the cost of production.
Able to maintain factory floor discipline in a custom order.
Able to supervise and lead the production team accordingly.
Ensure fire safety of the production people while on the job.
Able to prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedure of the work process flow.
Able to work under stress.
Able to develop the productivity of the production people.
Need to Update regular basis yarn, knitting, greige stock, batch, dyeing, QC status, Delivery in his personal file.
Individually handle fabric requirement of buyers
Regular communication with garments planning, merchandising and share with fabric production team.
Work with current order and upcoming projection.
Regular basis share 3 months / 1month / 1-week fabric requirement with team leader and section head.
Batch to batch follow up.
Follow up TNA and make KPI for individual Section.
Check lead time and give feedback to merchandiser when an order sheet receive.
Bring future problem in present and share with management / respective department.
Communicate with respective department to get lab dip/ strike off/ 1st bulk approval on time.
AOP and YD follow up with respective person and make sure on time delivery as per garments requirement.
Create fabric requirement as per shipment breakdown/follow for large order & make plan for knitting and dyeing accordingly.
