Factory Manager (Garments- Knit & Sweater)

Job Responsibilities

• As Factory Manager, the position holder will be responsible for managing the employees and end to end operations of Production Units using available machinery/technology
• Must have to know Sweater Production & Knit (T) production
• Responsible for production & manpower planning on past and future production projections based on factory floor level capabilities and constraints.
• Responsible for full production and quality line and machine wise job distribution to the operators.
• Leads and monitors the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to perform the jobs effectively to enhance the productivity.
• Evaluates & monitors the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
• Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery.
• Responsible for coordination with all related departments in Supply Chain service line and, with external customers, buyer's representatives and foreign Correspondence.
• Takes actions to minimize losses, rejects and reworks on daily basis.
• Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the compliance team.
• Responsible for implementing in the factory- BSCI, ACCORD, SEDEX, ISO, GOTS, Oekotex etc.
• Responsible for daily production target
• Responsible to control cost

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) as Factory Manager.
