Next Door Consultant Ltd. is seeking an efficient Architect or Interior Architect possessing comprehensive knowledge of architectural design, interior design, and 3D modelling, including rendering skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering
• BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET Students will get preference

Requirement Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

• Must have knowledge on all kinds of Foundation design.
• Good speed on AutoCAD drafting.
• Sound software knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, AUTOCAD.
• Good Knowledge about prepare ETABS model for RCC building design and analysis and make hand calculation for structural design.
• Project site visit to anywhere in the country if needed.
• Drafting of all structural drawing.
• Good knowledge on BNBC-2020
• Report writing skill on English
• Language Skill: Both Bangla and English

Compensation and Other Benefits

• As per company policy
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
• Festival Bonus will be 30-50% of gross salary After probation period of 6 Months. (Applicable after confirmation period)
• Salary Review in every Financial Year (after confirmation)
