Feasibility Study on a new project under Human Rights Programme

NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice, a Germany-based international development organization is going to commission individual consultant(s)/consultancy firm to conduct a Feasibility Study on a new project under its Human Rights Programme.

NETZ aims to design a new project under its Human Rights Programme that will contribute in promoting rights based culture and activism, strengthening the voices of youth groups as well as local and regional level civil society organisations to promote democratic governance and social justice for vulnerable groups through dialogue with public authorities. Main components of the project will be: i) capacity building of young and adult civil society groups; ii) promotion of inclusive human rights culture; iii) protection of rights of marginalized groups. The proposed project also aims to promote and apply democratic dialogue and non-violent conflict transformation approaches to uproot structural causes of discrimination and systematic repression against vulnerable groups and strengthen social coherence and peace. It is intended to implement the project in 12 upazilas in 06 districts in Bangladesh

Interested consultant(s)/research organization is/are invited to apply as individual or as a team for this with technical proposal (not more than 2 pages) and financial proposal (not more than 1 page). Detailed of the scope of works are outlined in the downloadable Terms of Reference.
