NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice (short: NETZ) is a non-governmental organisation which promotes human rights and justice in Bangladesh with a focus on the most vulnerable and marginalised people to create an enabling environment in the society for demanding good governance, a non-discriminatory society and social justice. NETZ is seeking to hire a consultant to carry out an end line survey of its “Strengthened Civil Society Protects and Promotes Women’s Rights”, a European Union funded project.

The planned activities of the project mainly targeted  3,200 human rights defenders (HRDs) organised in 128 local and regional civil society organizations (at least 75% of the local CSOs members from vulnerable groups, 50% women and girls), 4.800 students in 32 high schools; 640 school management committee (SMC) members and teachers; 44 regional civil society (CS) alliances; 44 public authorities and local elected bodies at regional level; 1 national CS alliance and 1 national CSO platform; 6 public institutions at national level.

The CS actors are organised mainly from marginalised communities in whose human rights, access and needs were denied by the society as well as the state authorities. NETZ is implementing the project together with 2 partner organisations – DASCOH Foundation and WE CAN. The project duration is from 01 January 2018 to 30 April 2021.

Interested candidate are requested to submit a technical proposal (2 pages max), updated bio-data (4 pages max)  and financial proposal  by 20 JANUARY 2021 in the following address.  The technical proposal should be made in consideration of the attached ToR.
