Anandalok Trust for Education and Development is implementing the Future-Oriented and High-Quality Education in Disaster-Prone Areas of Bangladesh (SWAPNO) project with the support of NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice in Nilphamari and Kushtia districts. Tenders are being invited for the purchase of 4 Computers & 6 Laptops & 9 Motorcycle for the employees working on the (SWAPNO) project. The details are given below:

The terms and conditions are as follows:
1) The company must have valid trade license, VAT and TIN certificate
2) Delivery within 07 (Seven) days after receiving the work order. (Five Motorcycle delivery in Domar, Nilphamari and Four Motorcycle delivery in Khoksa, Kushtia). Computer & Laptop delivery in Dhaka office.
3) Supplier must provide warranty and after sales services
4) Financial offer should be specified without VAT. Tax will be deducted at source as per government law on the offer price.
5) Detail specifications should be quoted
6) Copy of valid trade license, VAT, e-TIN certificates, Tax Return Certificate must be submitted along with tender documents.
7) Authorised dealer of the required item would be given priority during selection process.
Interested parties are requesting to submit the Proposal by 5.00 pm: 24-10-2022 (Office hours) in sealed envelopes to the following address: Anandalok Trust for Education and Development Head Office - 3/1, Block - D, Lalmatia, Dhaka – 1207. The tender will be opened in front of the bidders (if any present) on 25-10-2022 at 12.00 pm. The Authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
